Meagher & Tomlinson Company specializes exclusively in the marketing and brokering of commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties primarily in the Northern California and Sacramento Valley regions.

The partners and their associates; Fred Northern, Zac Repka and Julie Sutton, bring to the firm a combined total of over 140 years of professional experience and expertise in the sale and leasing of retail centers, medical facilities, office buildings, farms, warehouses, and industrial properties, as well as development and multi-family properties for the end user, builder or investor. It is estimated that the firm has successfully completed transactions valued in excess of $600 million during its 40+ year history with no signs of slowing down.

In 2021, Bill and Mike partnered with Julie Sutton and established the new company, Meagher & Tomlinson Company Inc., where she opened the doors to a residential division. Since then, Jenn Ricci, Christin Huckabee, Josh Van Eck, Saul Lucatero, Julie He and Katie Bolyshkanov have joined as new members of the firm representing the residential department. It is the company’s vision to have a hand in every facet of the Real Estate Industry.
